There is a belief these are ‘iceberg’ statistic with more people without diagnoses.
Most of The Spontaneous Cuppa customers who can’t eat gluten are Coeliacs, have Hashimoto’s (like Anne), are living with IBS, are in remission from Bowel cancer, have enlarged livers, Eczema or have Neurological disorders. We also have customers who don’t have any medical conditions who tell us they enjoy eating in our café.
