Our 1920s inspired high street location in Hunstanton has seating for up to 24 people. Whether you wish to take a break from your shopping, catch up with friends over great coffee and cake, or if you are looking for a lunch stop while visiting the stunning North West Norfolk coast – we hope you will pop in.
We serve teas, coffees, and a selection of cakes and savoury wraps all day (subject to availability), and options from our lunch menu are available between 12.00pm and 2.30pm. Our “Dish of the Day” always includes a meat option and a Vegan alternative.
We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10.00am to 3.00pm, and we also open on Bank Holiday Mondays from 10.00am to 3.00pm.
How to order
When you come into the café, please look at our menu board for our main dishes of the day, soup, salads, wraps, and jacket potato options.
Come to the counter where you will be able to see much of what we have available, including a delicious selection of freshly home cooked cakes and place your order.
We will make your order as efficiently as we can and place it on a tray so you may safely take your order to your chosen table. Sometimes, if something you have ordered is taking a little longer than usual, we may suggest you take your partial order to your table to save you waiting at the counter – and we will bring the remainder of your order to you once it is ready.
To ensure we remain a 100% Gluten Free environment at all times, only food and drinks purchased from us can be consumed in our café. We make an exception when it comes to baby/toddler milk bottles however we hope you will understand we cannot make any exceptions when it comes to gluten. We do need to ensure that babies, toddlers and adults who have an allergy to gluten or who have coeliac disease are safe on our premises.

The Spontaneous Cuppa is proud to be 100% Gluten Free, with dishes also being dairy free and most dishes soy free also. We also encourage customers to ask us about any other allergen ingredients we serve in our food.

Please note that dogs (with the exclusion of service/assistance dogs) are not allowed inside. We are very happy for your furry family members to sit with you in our outdoor seating area, when it is open, during the warmer months.
